You can get some sour cream here but it isn’t all that common in stores and fairly costly. Whereas, in the States it is just so much a part of the diet that you can buy it in huge tubs. It really is pretty similar to creme fraiche though and I find they are pretty interchangeable in most recipes.

That sounds delicious. You can get sour cream with chives but I guess that isn’t the same as the american version?

I like using half light yogurt/ mayo in mine. It’s much nicer isn’t it? If you added some beans or chickpeas to this, and some chopped vegges this would be a very balanced lunch. I think I may have to try it.
