I always end up buying a bunch and using a tiny bit in a recipe and then being stuck with trying to figure out how to use it up before it just wilts into destruction. From now on I am making hummus with it.

As a vegan, I am totally addicted to hummus and finally just started making my own. I am SUPER excited to try this combo - plus I never know what the heck to do with coriander:)

[...] Coriander and Green Olive Hummus. I love variations on hummus, roasted red peppers, artichokes & goat cheese are all frequent additions but I have never tried olives. Brilliant. [...]

Ooh, this looks amazing! I'm such a hummus lover too! I have about 18 different hummus flavors on my website, but I'm definitely giving this one a try too!

I have been using dried garbonzo beans and cooking them from scratch. You really need to try this once, a superior product! However a good alternative, if you like a smoother hummus is to simmer the beans along with their can liquid for about ten minutes, cool, then use as you want.
